"Meet The Real Free Range Eggs"

Mother Earth News tested eggs from both commercial and pastured chickens and presented their findings. They concluded that pastured eggs have more of the good stuff and less of the bad. Of the 14 free-range flocks tested, Springfield Farm had the lowest saturated fat content and the lowest cholesterol! November 2007.
